ScanSource Europe will be bringing its pan-European roadshow to Vinopolis in London on 14 June 2011. The Partner Tour brings together vendors, ISVs and reseller partners from both the communications and barcoding spheres to join ScanSource's UK team for a day full of opportunities for networking and the possibility to learn about recent ScanSource initiatives.

The UK leg of the Partner Tour is the third of eight locations where ScanSource will host the channel this year. With the key aim of making it easy to do business, the Partner Tour welcomed more resellers than ever before in 2010, hosting over 1,500 attendees across Europe, with 300 people attending the UK event last year. The Partner Tour allows resellers to meet key vendor contacts in one place at one time, discuss business with the ScanSource sales and support teams, network with ISVs and other potential partners, and learn about the ScanSource tools that can benefit their business. There will additionally be working solutions from ISVs on display and a vendor exhibition area showcasing and demonstrating the latest products on the market.

"As at every Partner Tour event there will be a good mix of business, education and entertainment activities," said Emma Edwards, Sales Manager UK and Ireland, ScanSource Europe. "It's a great opportunity to build business relationships, create opportunities and make business easier for everyone."

"We have the tools resellers need to grow," said Kim Jennings, UK Sales Manager, ScanSource Communications Europe. "Our core services form a solid base on which resellers can do business: distributing vendors who have the products that fulfill market needs; holding high stock levels to improve product availability; offering flexible credit lines that enable resellers to grow; and maintaining competitive pricing. The tools and services we offer beyond these core services allow resellers to differentiate themselves in the market, and the Partner Tour is a great way to raise awareness of these tools and show resellers how to make the most of them to the benefit of their business."

Located right next to the river Thames, and set under the soaring arches of a former railway Viaduct, Vinopolis is now a museum of wine. Following a tour of wines from across the world, Partner Tour attendees will be treated to a specially prepared menu created and prepared by celebrity chef, Aldo Zilli.
