Baracoda adds US after-sales service centre for Barcode and RFID scanner users

Baracoda, specialising in wireless data capture solutions for mobile and logistics applications, has appointed Panurgy to provide after-sales service for its Bluetooth barcode and RFID products. "With our US growth in providing wireless solutions for industries that rely on barcode and RFID scanning, a top-quality customer service experience is increasingly important," said Marek Kowalewski, Baracoda's Vice President of Sales for North America and EMEA. "Panurgy has a proven track record providing IT and repair services for some of the biggest names in computing and technology. We are very pleased to have Panurgy as a new business partner to provide prompt, fast, effective customer service for Baracoda product users," Kowalewski added.

Panurgy services are an extension to Baracoda's tech support headed by Michael Roberts at the company's New York office. Baracoda barcode and RFID scanners provide mobile wireless solutions compatible with BlackBerry, Microsoft, Android and Symbian for mobile applications and with PC, laptops and rugged terminals for logistics applications. Baracoda supplies a wide range of Bluetooth barcode and RFID readers and adapters that for Sales Force Automation (SFA), Foreign Freight Agreement (FFA) shipping markets, Transport & Delivery, Facility Management and Healthcare industries. Baracoda products satisfy the needs for mobility applications and inventory, cross docking, order preparation and facilitation of logistics applications.
