DocuLex Archive Studio improves an organization's Business Process with added Workflow Document Management ability

DocuLex has introduced updates to the DocuLex workflow decision engine. This enhances the automated business process workflow capabilities in Archive Studio.



The addition extends Archive Studio's document management ability to utilize a company's existing customer data for establishing new workflow tasks, monitoring the progress of the business process, alerting supervision of bottle necks and automatically rerouting workflow assignments that have exceeded a deadline.
 
The new workflow decision engine accommodates the electronic gathering of documents that are related to the same business transaction or customer engagement; then bundles them together for reference or perform an automated processes such as automatic email output to customers and other parties. The end result is a fully automated business process with time and cost conservation.
 
Archive Studio's WebSearch is a secure, browser-based document management software that enhances internal and external collaboration, business process workflow, email archiving, corporate compliance and records retention management scheduling. The program was developed for use throughout a business's operations to regulate and streamline the flow of documentation and secure content access from any location, anytime. Archive Studio's user-interface is similar, yet easier to use, than internet search engines such as Microsoft Bing, Yahoo and Google. Searches are performed by entering specific index field (Meta data), full text content, or date ranges, search history, search lists and saved searches.
 
WebSearch is a comprehensive user interface that allows a company to grow and expand its use with additional functionality included in the software at the point of purchase. Relative to process automation, WebSearch pushes notifications for a task to staff including; invoice approvals, purchase orders, release of payment or customer emails with bill of lading, invoices and other supporting documents. Users have the ability to share and make changes to native format documents, while organizing and tracking each version. The WorkSpace function enables staff to group sets of documents together to be shared with colleagues, and a discussion feature to comment on document's content. The SharePortal function of WorkSpace enables staff to securely share documents with 3rd party guests.
 
Documents of any file type may be uploaded directly to WebSearch for native format storage and ease of access. The Active Directory integration enables heightened security, user permission access and tracking in addition to the ability to launch the program from Microsoft SharePoint. The program manages multiple levels of security, including Organization, Community, Group, Users, as well as individual files. Document and user activity tracking logs are always available, assisting in compliance with privacy laws including SEC, FINRA (NASD / NYSE), GLBA, HIPAA, FRCP, FERC and Sarbanes-Oxley.
 
DocuLex Archive Studio's WebSearch can be installed locally on the customer's server or accessed as a software service with a secure internet connection. The Archive Studio software suite includes Goby Capture, which addresses the capture of paper and electronically based documents as well as email and electronic forms. Goby Capture has the ability to utilize existing data from Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, EMR software, Manufacturing applications and other popular packages.
