Post Office Business Insurance launched for IT consultants

The Post Office has launched a specialist business insurance which has been tailored for the UK's 109,000 IT consulting companies. The policy, which can be accessed from any one of the 12,000 local Post Office branches as well as by phone and online, provides IT consulting companies, which employ up to 600,000 people in the UK, with access to the wide ranging covers required in the course of their business, including:
 
Loss or theft of data storage / computer equipment from your premises.
Theft of keys to your premises.
Damage to your premises following theft or arson.

public liability insurance up to 2m.
product liability insurance up to 2m.

exhibitions up to 2,500.
stolen keys up to 1,000.
 
Business interruption
loss of Gross Revenue.
book debts - money that would be owed to a company in the course of its everyday business up to 25,000.
gross revenue loss as a direct result of a property loss at one of your customers or suppliers.
