Instant Intelligence's new Instant Intelligence Archiving (iiArc) is an online document archiving system sold as a service to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
The iiArc is purchased for an agreed monthly fixed rate, costing as little as tens of pounds per user per month. There aren't any start up, upgrade or maintenance costs or new equipment requirements. Combining off-site state-of-the-art servers with document encryption, it is also claimed to be highly secure. Costs are minimal as an internet connection, web browser and standard 'TWAIN compliant' scanner are all the user needs to get going. Resellers gain from the regular monthly revenue earned from a service sold that requires very little or in fact no work.

Paper documents are scanned and stored online, labelled according to project. The filing format mirrors the familiar Windows folder layout so training for new users is not required and document retrieval couldn't be easier.
