Integration with CODAs Dream software

Urban fashion retailer, All Saints, automates purchase invoicing with Procura from Image Integrators

Specialist in document management and financial process automation, Image Integrators Limited, has signed up a new name to its retailer client base.  Young urban fashion retailer, All Saints, has opted for Image Integrators technology in order to automate the processing of its incoming supplier invoices.

All Saints sells contemporary fashion for men and women. The companys success is based on a distinctive design ethos and what is described as fast, fearless fashion combined with rock & roll attitude.  Whilst the company prides itself on an anarchic take on fashion, it had no hesitation in opting for tried-and-tested solutions when it came to selecting technology to automate its financial processes and its purchase invoicing.

Having initially outsourced its Accounting function, All Saints brought this function inhouse some months ago and appointed staff to form an Accounts Payable department.  Its first step was to adopt CODA for financial management.  As part of an integrated solution, All Saints specified invoice automation and the linking of invoice images and data to the Dream system.  CODA introduced All Saints to Image Integrators as the company best able to meet its requirements, and the contract was secured.

Explains Sally Lewis, Financial Controller at All Saints: We selected Image Integrators on the strength of its CODA integration and, as a young company, we also felt we were getting good technology at an affordable price.

All Saints has purchased the PROCURA invoice automation solution to process its monthly intake of 1,500 invoices.  The solution includes Ascent Capture software from Kofax plc and a Kodak i1220 document scanner.

Gerrard Kennedy is Managing Director of Image Integrators.  He comments: We have unbeatable credentials when it comes to CODA integration and were delighted that this has been recognised by yet another retailer.  Well make sure that All Saints growth plans arent hampered by the inefficiencies of manual systems and that they can make the most productive use of their inhouse team.

All Saints has 33 stand-alone stores and 45 concessions nationwide, including those in premium shopping destinations such as Bluewater and The Bull Ring, Birmingham, and in Europe.  The retailer also has a concession in Iceland.

18 months ago, the launch of its online store enabled the retailer to extend the reach of its trademark fashion to a wider and international audience.  Shortly afterwards, a minority equity stake was secured by Icelandic investment firm, Baugur, who believe the brand is capable of achieving global presence in a relatively short timescale.

Image Integrators ambitions are to become the retail sectors de facto solution for invoice process automation.  It already has a number of clients here including the retail brands of Wolseley UK, Lakeland, Instore, Screwfix Direct and Debenhams.
