Authorised Motorola distributor, PC-PoS UK, has extended its existing EPoS offering to include Motorolas mobile product range.
PC-PoS, an independent trade only supplier of EPoS hardware solutions and peripheral equipment for the hospitality, retail and leisure channel, now becomes a one stop shop for its resellers helping them to meet the growing demand from their customers for superior wireless mobility products.
In order to continue to grow our position as one of the leading EPoS specific Pan-European distributors, we recognised the need to expand our product offering. We now have a comprehensive stock of Motorola mobility products, so are in a position to offer our channel partners both the traditional EPoS hardware, for which we are so well recognised, plus Motorolas rugged mobile computers and wireless infrastructure products, said Nick Lane, Managing Director, PC-PoS UK. As a single source for EPoS and mobility products, PC-PoS will help our resellers extend the reach of the solutions they are able to offer, enabling them to pursue new business opportunities, giving them the potential to increase their revenue.
As well as stocking Motorolas durable handheld and ruggedised mobility products, PC-PoS will also be offering Motorolas vehicle mounted and wearable mobile solutions plus personal shopper devices. We are particularly excited to be able to include Motorolas new CA50, a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) enabled wireless scanner. The CA50 has been designed to enhance customer service, help reduce operational costs and increase worker productivity, all of which are key business issues within the hospitality, retail and leisure space, explained Lane.
The lightweight CA50, equipped with wireless LAN, bar code scanning and information retrieval, plus VoIP for integrated voice communications, will together with Motorolas existing mobility products enable PC-PoS channel partners to help their customers fill the gaps in voice and data communication that can be found in a service orientated environment.
