Baxters Food Group, a UK premium food manufacturer, has deployed an integrated solution to manage its labelling requirements, using Ultimate Suite from Episys, the global information technology solutions and services company, to improve its barcoding labelling across multiple sites.
Baxters Food Group is using Ultimate labelling software and label templates to create bar code labels for all the outer cases for products such as jam and soup across the companys UK sites, on local printers. Baxters has been an Episys client for many years and not only use Episys software, but also purchase printers and consumables from Episys.
Ian Dunbar, Group Infrastructure Manager, Baxters Food Group, said, We have been a client of Episys for over ten years and have been very happy with the service and support that they provide us. We opted for an upgrade to Ultimate from Episys when we replaced all our machinery. The new system has already proved a success, we like the improved security features, which are slicker than the old system, making user management much simpler.
