Barcode ConneXions of St Albans Herts. have launched the PASS (Point And Scan System) range of Auto I.D. solution solvers designed especially for resellers.
Most customers are seeking a solution for a problem or application not just a barcode reader or data capture unit. PASS allows the reseller to meet that need directly by offering a whole range of application solutions that can run on a variety of manufacturers portable terminals, together with any Windows based PC or network.
Over 30 everyday applications have been completed to include stock control archive management mobile shopping drugs tracking workshop testing stock take returns tracking and many more.
Originally designed to run with inexpensive Cipherlab terminals the applications have been extended to run with any Windows based terminal allowing the reseller to select the manufacturer of his choice.
Rolling demos have been produced to assist the salesman and they are also employed for operational and set up training for the end user.
The reseller can obtain the solution in the parts they need, the software on its own, or with hardware set up ready to install, even a complete turnkey system if required.
