Kaseya Announces 208% Bookings Increase in First Half of 2007

Kaseya International Ltd., a global provider of IT Managed Services Automation (MSA) software for solution providers and corporate IT organisations, recorded a 208 percent increase in sales bookings in the first half of 2007 when compared to those from the same period in 2006. 

Kaseya helps IT administrators cost-effectively increase productivity in delivering IT services to their customers while reducing the complexity of the IT management environment.  The company offers high scalability and efficiency that allows the IT managed service provider to substantially increase revenues and decrease the costs of delivering its services.  As a result, Kaseyas service provider customers see significant profit improvements and much greater customer satisfaction.

We had good momentum going into the first half of 2007 and that continued through the six-month period, Gerald Blackie, Kaseya Corporation CEO, said. The focus on easing the complexity of providing IT managed services is driving customers both corporate customers and IT solution providers to the Kaseya platform.  Our focus has always been on delivering technology that is second to none, and that focus is paying off in customer satisfaction and brand reputation as well as bookings growth.

In addition to increased bookings growth, Kaseyas customer base both IT solution providers and corporate customers has grown and contributed to the successful first half.  New customers include: Best Associates, LLC; Dynamic Air Engineering, Inc.; Interactive E Solutions; AOK Networking; and Wilkinson Public Library.

2007 First Half in Review Kaseya Milestones

         January Tim McMullen joined Kaseya as chief operating officer, bringing to the company more than 25 years of IT experience.

         April Kaseya hosted its first user conference in Las Vegas.  An over-capacity crowd filled the Four Seasons conference center listened to Guy Kawasaki deliver the opening keynote and throughout the conference had opportunities for education and networking with peers. 

         June Kaseya 4.8 End Point Security (KES) was released providing world-class security for endpoints managed with Kaseyas IT framework.

         June Kaseya acquired the technology assets of Versora, a privately held desktop migration software provider, in order to bolster Kaseyas MSA software to include the capability to transfer user preferences, profiles, data and settings to new computers with the same or different operating systems.

         June Kaseya launched its Technology Alliance Program to provide improved customer service and support and improve software integration through collaboration with IT service companies.  The first three companies to join the alliance were Autotask, Catbird and Tigerpaw.

         June Kaseyas managed service automation platform was named to CRNs Emerging Technology list. CRN's Emerging Tech list captures companies that are delivering high margins for solution providers with innovative and easy-to-use technology that undercuts industry giants.

Looking Ahead

Kaseya holds a positive outlook for a successful second half as it launches initiatives in the areas that Kaseya places first and foremost product development and customer support.  Kaseya plans to continue to develop its platform to deliver capability and functionality that make the IT administrators job easier and provide deeper support for business applications. Customers also can expect expanded training and comprehensive support tools for service providers.
