Aftermarket telematics vendor, Trakm8 Ltd, has announced that resellers can expect to increase their volume sales and improve bottom-line profitability with its newly launched Trakm8 SWIFT service.
Trakm8 SWIFT (Simple Web Interface For Tracking) is designed for small business fleets that have between five and fifty commercial vehicles. The industry has long required a cost-effective and simple solution to-date, having to deal with high prices, long lease-times and complexity of solution. Trakm8 SWIFT now offers an affordable purchase outright product with no monthly bills or contract.
Having historically sold through indirect channels, Trakm8 is also looking to use this accumulated expertise to extend its dealer partnerships by bringing a further fifteen high-quality resellers on-board by the end of this year.

Key features and facts
A small device is installed within the vehicle which feeds back detailed information to Trakm8. Businesses can then monitor and report on their vehicles activities in 'real-time' via any PC with an internet connection.
Detailed reports are available minutes after each journey ends. These reports are able to show:
- Start, finish and overall driving times for automatic up to date and accurate timesheets
- Route replay - check no detours are being taken for example for an afternoon coffee
- Working Time Directives are being adhered to
- Vehicles are being used to their maximum efficiency
- Speed/overspeeds
- Check fuel isn't being wasted by excessive idling
