Mobile solutions of Navara are now available on BlackBerry devices. Connecting between Navara and BlackBerry is a feature of the newest release of Navara Mobility Suite 4.1. "The integration with BlackBerry gives Navara the opportunity to anticipate on the diversity of the demands and desires of our customers," explains Navara Director Bas Oberndorff.
R.I.M. is an international organisation, which offers mobile e-mail and calendar solutions on her own BlackBerry devices. The newest release of Navara gives the opportunity to develop applications on and mobilizing existing back-office applications to BlackBerry. Navara offers the Navara Mobility Suite 4.1. as a Managed Service or in a license model. When customers choose the Managed Service, the information between back-office systems and BlackBerry can be exchanged fast, certain, secure and efficient. The BlackBerry user is with this release not only able to update his e-mail and calendar, but also information from the back-office can be made available, changed and sent back very quickly. The data will be automatically synchronized.
Other new features of Navara Mobility Suite 4.1.
* Navara has developed a special adapter for the Remedy Helpdesk and Assetmanagement softwaresystem. The adapter of Remedy is improved, which realizes a faster and easier connection between Navara and Remedy.
* Interim synchronizing of the system is optimized
* New look & feel of the forms by using icons.
