GlynWebb boosts customer service with BEETLE

DIY retailer GlynWebb has rolled out a new state-of-the-art EPOS solution based on BEETLE /M-II tills from Wincor Nixdorf. The new hardware has been deployed across GlynWebbs entire estate of 26 stores.

The BEETLE units had the highest specification of any system on the market, explains Richard Dutson, IT Manager at GlynWebb. They allow you to connect printers, scales, barcode scanners and other peripherals to the terminal, providing all the functionality our business needs.

Wincor Nixdorf will provide ongoing support and maintenance for the new EPOS estate, ensuring that any problems will be resolved by the next business day.
