Handheld Europe launches the new M3!

Handheld Europe has introduced a new, rugged, super slim PDA that features numerous advanced features.

The new M3 comes equipped with built in barcode scanner, WLAN, Bluetooth, Camera and GSM/GPRS. The product is IP 54 rated and can handle drops from as high as 1,5 meters. It still comes amazingly light, weighing in at only 286 grams.

The integrated high quality laser scanner can easily read all common barcodes. The transflective colour display is touch screen and the ergonomic keypad is backlit and easy to use in tough environments, even with only one hand. To enhance the mobility, M3 provides a slim attachable /detachable Lithium Polymer battery.

With GPRS and GSM the M3 offers flexible voice and data communication. It offers full mobile phone functionality and the on screen phone interface is very easy to use. M3 has got integrated Bluetooth, 802.11b WLAN and IrDA, which makes it easy to exchange data and synchronize with other devices. The built in camera is both user friendly and takes high quality pictures.

The M3 comes standard with 64MB Ram and 64 MB built in flash. The Flash memory is expandable up to 256 MB as an option. The M3 also has a SD slot for memory expansions which provides the user with enough memory even for the most demanding application.

M3 is built on the Windows CE.Net 4.2 operating system with a powerful Intel X-scale PXA 255 400MHz processor. With real-time processing, faster performance, rich multimedia and Web browsing capabilities, your enterprise can become truly mobile.

The M3s rugged design and IP54-rated sealing ensures protection against dust, moisture and extreme temperatures, from freezing -20 c up to hot 50 c. Just like our other products can handle shock, the M3 can handle drops of 1.5m into concrete.
