Responsibilities

Work effectively with internal and external resources to:

         Drive relationships and opportunities with our key alliances

         Develop strategic relations and subsequent business with targeted Alliance accounts

         Produce large volumes of incremental revenues for local country organisations

         Create the structure for ease of local Symbol and Symbol partner engagement with defined Alliance partners

 

Qualifications

         Reasonable level of educational qualifications, computer literate.

         Language Fluent in English and ideally at least one other continental European language

         Experience of developing and negotiating relationships with senior executives

         At least five years of sales and business development experience with a record of over achievement

         Knowledge and experience of working within key verticals in which the major consultancy groups operate within.

         An understanding of the structure of the Big Five business consultancies, coupled with knowledge and experience of working with their senior associates/partners

 

Personal Qualities & Experience

A self motivated over achiever, used to working to and exceeding defined goals.

Able to deal with all levels of an organisation, internally and externally.

Experienced at negotiating and developing senior level contacts within consultancy organisations.

Well presented, with good communication skills.

Drive, determination and the desire to go the extra mile.

A person who finds answers not problems.

A proven track record of new business development / sales.

Ideally used to operating cross border within an EMEA environment.
