Extech Data Systems' New 4" Thermal Printer is IEC 68 Certified!

Extech Data Systems announces that the new S4500THS portable, battery operated thermal printer is IEC 68 certified, demonstrating the environmental suitability of the printer for mobile computing applications. Printers used in portable and mobile applications need to meet exacting operating standards covering temperature, humidity, shock and vibration as well as drop. These are the key areas covered in the IEC testing specifications.

We have successfully designed an extremely small, lightweight printer series without compromising on strength, durability and real suitability for portable and mobile applications."
