F-Secure, the anti-virus and Internet security specialist, has launched a new security appliance for the SME market to reduce reliance on web, mail and file server capacity to deal with threats.
The launch of F-Secure Messaging Security Gateway X-Series marks the companys move into the security hardware market and brings to the industry the most complete and effective email security solution to date. It combines a robust, enterprise-class messaging platform with perimeter security, anti-spam, anti-virus, secure messaging and outbound content security capabilities in an easy-to-deploy appliance.
The increasing number of attacks via email, spam, viruses, and phishing are putting many organisations at serious risk, said Richard Hales, UK country manager at F-Secure. F-Secure Messaging Security Gateway provides an unparalleled, easy-to-use boxed solution to their email security problems, he added.
