WORKSHARE ANNOUNCES GLOBAL INTEGRITY PARTNER PROGRAM TO MEET WORLDWIDE DEMAND FOR DOCUMENT SECURITY

Workshare, the leading provider of Document Integrity applications, today introduced its Integrity Partner Program. This cornerstone program of the company's global strategy will extend its lead in the $274 million opportunity* for corporate document security applications. Systems integrators, valued added resellers, corporate resellers and other partners will benefit from Workshare's proven product line, strong financial rewards and a "channel-first" commitment in this fast growing content security segment.

Workshare's suite of products for Microsoft Office includes Workshare Professional for secure document compliance, Workshare Protect for policy-enforced document security and Workshare DeltaView for document verification. Workshare products work seamlessly with email systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Novell GroupWise. In addition, Workshare products integrate closely with Microsoft SharePoint and document management systems from Hummingbird, Interwoven and Documentum. Workshare is a Microsoft Worldwide Gold-Certified Partner.

Liam Flanagan, Business Development Director, Tikit, UK said "We are very pleased to be one of the first companies invited by Workshare to be a Global Integrity Partner. We view Workshare as one of the premier content security companies in the world and they have developed the most impressive document integrity tool currently available in the UK. Workshare's continual integration with other high profile vendors complements our document automation and lifecycle product sets. This enables us to deliver real solutions with the functionality and performance demanded by our growing customer base,"

Workshare nearly doubled revenues through indirect channels in the last year and currently enjoys more than 750,000 users spread over 5,000 customers in 60 countries.

*According to Jupiter Research, the market for corporate document security applications will grow to US$274 million by 2008

Through the Integrity Partner Program, Workshare will enable more resellers to extend their product, consulting and service offerings to include essential Document Security solutions to a market potential of 400 million Microsoft Office System users globally.

Adding Workshare's product suite to an existing product and services portfolio offers Integrity Partners new ways to extend their businesses. The Workshare Integrity Partner Program's benefits include:

Working with a Proven Product Line -Workshare's suite of products are already proven across multiple business segments. Ongoing investments in these products will continue to lead the market for document security, accuracy and compliance.

Benefiting from Strong Financial Rewards -Integrity Partners enjoy competitive margins at each tier in the Program and are rewarded with rebates for meeting and exceeding specific sales targets. Workshare also provides proposal-based Co-op funds for partner marketing initiatives, further increasing business volumes and profit.

Doing Business with a "Channel First" Company -Workshare delivers dedicated sales, marketing and technical personnel to each of its Integrity Partners, making it easy to team with Workshare. Workshare has a Partner Portal providing materials and tips on all products and services and will rollout a Partner Relationship System later this year that provides an integrated "lead to close" business tracking system.

"Workshare's Integrity Partner Program provides extensive sales, marketing and financial support to every one of our members," said George Korchinsky, executive vice president of market development, Workshare. "We have a 'channel first' approach providing each partner a full commitment of time and resource to grow in document security solutions. With our new Integrity Partner Program, Workshare is well-positioned to meet needs in corporate and public sectors to better control the integrity of their important documents."

Workshare plans to support its Partner Program with a number of activities and events in 2005.
