CSL Group scoops top service award from Konica Minolta

At the recent Konica Minolta Business Solutions National Dealer Conference held in Northampton, CSL Business Machines was awarded First Place in Special Recognition for Service Excellence. The award was received by Gary Kendrick, the CSL Group Service Manager, from Mr Yasuyuki Kada, Managing Director, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK).

CSL has been supplying and servicing Konica Minolta photocopiers and other business machines for over 36 years. CSL is based in Leicester and Nottingham and offers a nationwide service to its many long established customers.

As an office solutions provider, CSL is an authorised reseller and maintainer of Konica Minolta document imaging systems for both black and white and colour imaging. The Service Excellence award was presented to CSL Group in recognition of the outstanding levels of customer and support provided by the company.

Responding to the award Gary Kendrick said, Service within CSL is a key priority. Significant resources are invested year on year in IT, product training and support. We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive a total solutions package.
