A major chilled drinks manufacturer has recently purchased their second ALline C labelling system from ADL (Application Development Ltd) as part of a new product launch.
The successfully established linear labelling system has the capability of applying self- adhesive wraparound labels to cylindrical bottles and jars accurately and at high speed inline or offline. Fully featured, the ALline C includes a gapping wheel (for equal product spacing), an advanced ALRitma high speed label applicator, slated conveyor & wrap-around unit all mounted within a highly robust product handling system.
The robust construction of the ALline product handling system ensures alignment of its features (the applicator, conveyor and wraparound etc) and thus avoiding timely re-alignment, poor quality labelling and speeds up product changeover.
The ALline C is fully microprocessor controlled, featuring the ability to save formats of specific product set-ups. Formats include all the labelling parameters such as offset, label pitch and dispense speed, allowing changeovers to be completed at the touch of a button.
Based on the success & proven reliability of the first ALline C, the decision to purchase another ALline was an easy choice for this Drinks Manufacturer.
