Anyone needing additional storage capacity can now, very easily, share two external USB hard disks and/or flash disks with all the PCs on the network or, alternatively, can be connect them via the Internet to a PC anywhere in the world.
The external storage equipment is easy to connect to the USB 2.0 ports of the LN-350, which, with a network cable, can be connected to a switch in a network. This way, the external USB hard disk and/or flash disks can be used by anyone on the network, without requiring any specialist network knowledge. The USB 2.0 ports on the Network Storage Adapter guarantee fast transfer speeds to and from the connected storage equipment.
The Network Storage Adapter also offers many configurable options for the experienced user. Different user profiles can be added, and content on the connected storage devices can be retrieved via the Internet thanks to the built-in FTP-server. This makes it possible to control files via the Internet, whilst maintaining 100% network security.
