Dexterra expands European reseller programme and partners with CTG

Dexterra, Inc., an enterprise mobility software company, announced a partner agreement with CTG Belgium, concluded on December 30th 2004. CTG has over 38 years of experience in worldwide information system management and outsourcing. The main impact of the agreement covers Dexterras expertise in connecting mobile workers with corporate information and CTGs proven track record in application integration and application management. CTG has a tremendous customer base in the Benelux region and understands the unique needs companies have here.

One of the key aspects is the go-to-market strategy that was put into place just before the announcement. Both companies, focusing on their own strengths, are geared on helping existing and new customers with mobile business software so employees in the field can improve the way they go about their account or inspection calls.

We have been working in the Benelux region for years. We try to excel in understanding our customers and focus on the service offerings that will make a difference for them, commented CTG Managing Director Filip Gyd. By partnering with Dexterra, we complete our mobility services offering and will be able to create more added value for our customers.

The partnership also announced a mobility seminar on Thursday 24 March 2005 for companies who are interested in improving performance, customer service, sales, or distribution.

CTG is the exact type of company we needed in the Benelux region to help deliver mobile solutions that bring real competitive advantages to their customers, said Dexterra GM of EMEA Lee Cresswell. CTG understands the complexity around mobility and is ideally placed to provide key services and support to the customer, as they explore the benefits of enterprise mobility beyond basic e-mail and messaging services.
