Latest Infotec models from Danka place security top of the agenda

Danka Europe, leading vendor-independent provider of print and document solutions, has announced the launch of three new Infotec copying, printing and scanning systems that feature innovative security functions to eliminate data theft, document leakage and document falsification in high-security environments. Available from December, the Infotec IS 2151, IS 2160 and IS 2175 combine security features with market-leading productivity, high image quality, professional finishing functions and versatile print management software.

For many large companies and public sector organisations, particularly in defence, document security is paramount. The new Infotec systems include two powerful security features - Windows Authentication, allowing users to enter their existing PC user names and passwords for seamless integration with an existing networked environment and DataOverWriteSecurity (DOS) that immediately overwrites temporary data on the systems hard disk, removing the threat of unauthorised document retrieval.

Other key features of the IS 2151, IS 2160 and IS 2175 include:
