WStore Scotland goes live

WStore, the leading online supplier of business IT equipment, has announced that it has opened an office in Scotland, to meet the needs of businesses north of the border.

The office will be run by James Lind, WStore new business development manager, and is based in Dunfermline. With an ambitious initial target of doubling the business in the first six months, WStore Scotland has set its sights on becoming the leading online supplier to Scottish businesses.

James brings with him many years of experience in the IT industry having worked recently within the enterprise management software market, and prior to that spending five years with a leading Microsoft Solutions Provider.

Tony Price, WStore managing director, said that even though online businesses are not restricted by geographical locations, the importance of personal contact should not be underestimated. "We are delighted to announce WStore's latest development and we welcome James to the team where he has already been a valuable addition. WStore has always had customers in Scotland and this move is as much about maintaining customer service as it is about finding new business.

"Scottish businesses are generally not well served by English suppliers and the importance of local knowledge and a local presence is vital to our continuing growth plans."
