Konica Minolta offers enhanced Konfidence commitment

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd, the leading supplier of document imaging systems, has enhanced the Konfidence commitment that provides customers with a package of quantifiable guarantees for service, giving the reassurance of guaranteed levels of service response for direct customers of Konica Minolta.

The Konfidence commitment provides several key benefits including:

A guaranteed minimum 95 percent up time for copier/printers, or a replacement unit with equal or higher specification.

Protection with a Total Volume Guarantee, which pledges that a Konica Minolta copier/printer will produce the guaranteed volumes quoted for a period of up to 5 years. If at any point during the agreement the machine ceases to be able to produce copies/prints it will be replaced.

The aim of the Konfidence commitment is to provide customers with a total service package and not simply a hardware solution for their document imaging needs. With 21 direct sales and service centres, all with local accountability, Konica Minolta service teams we can react quickly to local customer needs.

Recognising that document imaging systems are increasingly used as part of an IT network Konica Minolta has also introduced Konfidence Plus as a chargeable service to provide additional assurances for networked systems.

Commenting on the enhanced Konfidence commitment Yasuyuki Kada, Managing Director of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd, said Konfidence is our commitment as a manufacturer and direct service organisation to bring our customers not only the best in document solutions technology, but also the service back-up to ensure your systems perform at their peak. It is by no means empty words and vague promises. It is a package of quantifiable guarantees supported by the most efficient and technologically advanced processes.

More than anything else we have ever done Konfidence is living proof that, at Konica Minolta, the customer comes first.
