SCANSOURCE EUROPE NAMES NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR

ScanSource Europe, a leading value-added distributor of AIDC and EPoS products, has named Xavier Cartiaux as Managing Director. In this position, Cartiaux will report into ScanSource CEO Mike Baur and lead the day-to-day operations of ScanSources offices throughout Europe. Cartiaux has served as Merchandising Director for the company for more than two years, where he helped develop business plans and marketing strategies for ScanSource Europes 37 manufacturer partners.

Cartiaux brings more than twelve years of industry experience to this leadership position, having worked for software firm, I.R.I.S., as well as with broadline distributor, Ingram Micro for more than seven years.
