SAP Customers Report Rapid ROI with ITESOFT's Automatic Invoice Solution

Automatic document processing specialist ITESOFT has revealed SAP customers are experiencing a positive return on investment in under 12 months following the implementation of ITESOFT's automatic invoice processing software, ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices.

ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices integrates into the SAP R/3 environment enabling customers to automatically digitalise incoming paper invoices, extract critical data and compare invoices with supplier, order and receipt information with the SAP database improving productivity and efficiency.

As well as automatically integrating invoice data and images into SAP R/3, ITESOFT.FreeMind can launch business specific invoice checking procedures managed by the SAP R/3 environment and archive invoice images onto the SAP content server.

ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices software has been successfully installed at several major SAP user sites, including; Bghin Say, the PSA Peugeot Citron Group, Fenwick-Linde, Saint-Gobain Packaging and Pchiney, enabling ITESOFT to gain "SAP Software Partner Program" status in 2002.

Administrative costs linked to invoice processing have been slashed by 50% due to major gains in productivity, matching rate for orders, delivery slips and invoices have increased because of improved data quality, while the rate of litigations with suppliers has decreased by 20%, enabling the accounting department to focus on data analysis as time-consuming tasks have been eliminated.
