Mamut launches initiative for SME resellers

Mamut and Brigantia have entered into an agreement in order to leverage on core competencies and the companies joint offering to the SME sector. The agreement consists of joint sales and marketing activities towards the SMEs, as well as a solution to further improve the business processes of Brigantias own members with Mamut Business Software. The cooperation is part of the value added services in the Small Business Concierge initiative from Mamut and Microsoft.

In June, Mamut and Microsoft Corporation jointly announced the Small Business Concierge initiative, a collaborative programme with the ambition to offer complete business software solutions for small businesses in Europe with up to 50 employees.

As part of Small Business Concierge initiative to integrate user-friendly business software, with added-value services at a price to meet the unique needs of the small businesses, Mamut and Brigantia Group members will promote each others solutions and products to partners, existing and potential customers.

Covering UK

In their joint approach, Mamut and Brigantia Group members will be able to support small businesses in the UK through the Brigantia network of more than 500 business units. The combination of Brigantias knowledge of the local small businesses and the mutual strong relationship with Microsoft in the UK give the combined offerings from Mamut and Brigantia a real edge on functionality, price and knowledge services to the small business community in the UK.

All inclusive business solution

Mamut Business Software (MBS) is an all inclusive business solution that helps small organisations to operate more effectively by focusing on sharing information, maximising efficiency, lowering costs and increasing revenue. Mamut is continuously developing the product portfolio with all inclusive solutions already consisting of CRM, sales force automation, accounting and e-commerce.

A special version of Mamut Business Software for Brigantias members will also include a complete Helpdesk solution for improved customer sales and support processes in every organisation. Mamut and Brigantia will jointly invest to improve software tools, marketing material and support services for their mutual customers.
