NATO STREAMLINES INTERNAL PROCESS WITH CAPTARIS TEAMPLATE WORKFLOW SOLUTION

Captaris' Teamplate Workflow for .NET has been implemented to allow division members to track documents electronically to ensure both passive and active parties have access to the latest information.  At the start of a project, Teamplate Workflow creates a complex electronic form that travels from headquarters to other divisions - Teamplate then tracks how the form is being delegated and Microsoft's SharePoint Server is used to create a team Websites.  Teamplate then monitors the development of these mini websites that are created and provides monitoring information and instant reports.  

Teamplate Workflow for .NET is extending the impact of the Microsoft SharePoint Server currently piloted, through rapid automation of management of "working" documents and approval of document submissions processes.
