Westbrook Technologies, Inc. is one of the first to enroll in this unique program aimed at communicating to end-users which software and Bwe Bell + Howell scanner is best suited for their imaging application. As the first step in the program, Westbrook Technologies, Inc. will receive a Copiscan 8000 Spectrum Series loaner scanner to be thoroughly tested for use with Westbrook Technologies, Inc.s document management software solutions. This certification process helps both partners troubleshoot problems rapidly and effectively; making end-users feel confident in the system they have chosen.
This new program will help us better serve our customers, said Mitchell Hallock, director of Marketing. Before an end-user implements a new imaging system, he wants to guarantee that the system is going to work. By working together with Bwe Bell + Howell as a Gold Level member, we can achieve that.
Other benefits of the program include: greater marketing and sales support, participation at Westbrook Technologies end-user and/or reseller events, and the posting of mutual case studies and scanner certification information on Bwe Bell + Howells Web site in the Software Partners section. The Software Partners section provides a link to the Westbrook Technologies Web site and includes contact information.
