Sage CRM Launches New Integration Programme

Nearly half of Sage CRM Solutions SalesLogix business partners in the UK have now signed up for the companys Integration Partner Programme, the company announced today.

SalesLogix is the market leader in customer management software for medium sized businesses and divisions of large corporates, with more than 6,300 installations worldwide.

Certified business partners will provide standardised integration services across all Sage products and other software applications, offering opportunities for partners to earn new revenues from integration technology sales, consultancy around integration, upgrades and new application sales.

Sage CRM provides a platform that is sufficiently intuitive to let customers manage integration with other in-house applications, both from Sage and from other software vendors, once set up by the business partner.

Sage CRMs approach to integration is specifically designed for mid-market business use. From experience, Sage CRM knows that its customers are seeking an integrated view on common data, the ability to correlate data, the ability to view external data within a specific application and a method of easily extending integration to other applications. They need to be able to achieve these aims using an integration platform which is easy to install, flexible, easy to administer and not overly complex.

In particular, Sage CRMs offering does not require dedicated technical staff on an on-going basis, in contrast to other providers in the market whose systems result in a need to hire specialist staff to deal with integration requirements.

Sage CRM provides the user with an easily modifiable platform that allows linking of the right business logic and data to implement business processes and change them swiftly at any time, with consistent naming conventions and standardised interfaces. Two or more stand-alone applications can be linked, with synchronised storage of data.
