Captiva Adds QAS Address Management Capabilities to UK Software Offerings

Captiva Software Corporation, a leading provider of input management solutions, has signed a partnership agreement with leading international data accuracy group, QAS. Under the agreement, Captiva will integrate QAS QuickAddress software into its suite of information capture solutions, enabling Captiva customers to enhance the speed and accuracy of address capture from a wide variety of paper and electronic documents.

QuickAddress requires only minimal address elements to generate a full postal address based on the Royal Mail Postcode Address File (PAF). Addresses are captured in a fraction of the time it would take to enter them in full and are free from input errors. QuickAddress is also able to provide a full business address from as little as a postcode and premise number, and enhance business addresses with a company's SIC code, plus their telephone and fax numbers where available.
