NeoProducts has launched a new generation of interactive kiosks designed to bring higher levels of versatility and styling to a wide range of retail, public sector, payment, information and entertainment applications.
The new products include three interactive kiosks: the Ventura, Encounter and Synergy models, each offering a host of customisation options together with modern stylish looks.

The Ventura is an evolution of the successful Diplomat kiosk and offers an even wider range of features and modern styling for general retail applications, especially the fast growing self-service order processing and product delivery market. Its advanced features include a choice of cash and card payment options including chip and pin (EFTPOS) payment, optional integrated printers for receipts and order confirmations, a touchscreen plus user keyboard and trackball. The Ventura is an extremely rugged yet stylish kiosk designed for use in both supervised and unsupervised environments. Despite the enhanced capabilities of the Ventura, it retains the same small footprint of its processor, the Diplomat.
Synergy is a next generation kiosk designed primarily for digital photo processing. However, the inherent versatility of the Synergy allows it to be easily adapted for the growing demand for general self-service retailing and other interactive applications. For photographic applications, the Synergy is ideal for both traditional film processing as well as digital camera processing services. A host of functional options include card and cash payment, DVD/CD readers, digital camera memory card interfaces. The Synergy incorporates a Dye-Sub printer for photographs and thermal printer for receipts. A film drop box for traditional camera film is also available as an option. Synergys stylish and compact modern design takes up minimum floor space yet provides prominent signage space for high impact branding and in-store promotions. It is a complete stand-alone solution with all the options and features required to meet the growing demands of retail photo processing.
Encounter is a compact robust kiosk ideal for counter/bench-top use or as a pedestal mounted unit. Like the Synergy, the Encounter is primarily aimed at the photo processing market and the design retains the inherent versatility to allow the product to be easily adapted for a multitude of self-service retailing, ticketing, wagering and entertainment applications.
Suitable for supervised but largely unattended use, this rugged but stylish next generation unit features a 15 touchscreen, receipt printer and stereo audio sound as standard.
Optional functionality includes: Bluetooth Interface, infrared interface, chip and pin, multi media card reader, compact flash card reader, DVD/CDROM drive, bar code reader, swipe card reader, and magnetic insertion card reader and wireless LAN antenna. The pedestal version can also integrate a Dye-Sub printer for printing photos.
As with all NeoProducts kiosks there is a single secure key-lock mechanism and the Guardian, Neos Kiosk Management Module, provides local and/or remote monitoring of the hardware and software with fully automatic fault reporting and diagnostics, plus remote shut down and start up capability.
