Top Image Systems and ASI Solutions Announce Strategic Partnership

Top Image Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: TISA), a leading innovator of intelligent document recognition, and ASI Solutions, the systems integration and services provider, announced today that the two companies have signed a partnership agreement.

ASI is a national company with the ability to support various integrators by offering professional services, technical support, help desk and call centre solutions, as well as assistance with installation, training, and on-site services Australia-wide.

Top Image Systems (TiS) provides automated data capture solutions that improve enterprise business processes by integrating data from multiple sources and of different types, such as invoices, freight and shipping bills, purchase orders and others. TiS solutions seamlessly deliver the extracted data to enterprise applications such as document and content management, ERP, or CRM.

The agreement with TiS covers Australia and New Zealand, where ASI Solutions will distribute TiS eFLOW Unified Content Platform, which includes a range of document validation and management solutions. The two companies plan to engage in cooperative sales and marketing activities, allocate additional partners and channels, and target specific niche markets.

As the demand for TiS solutions had accelerated in Australia, TiS sought an IT distributor with extensive experience and technical expertise to support system integration and implementation partners such as CSC Australia, said Dr. Ido Schechter, CEO of TiS. After 19 years, ASI has a proven history in distribution support, and a thorough understanding of the needs of government and corporate enterprise customers. For the past six months, ASI and TiS have worked to establish a solid structure for the joint operation in Australia and New Zealand.
