Businesses are struggling to cope with the growing skills shortage, with up to two-thirds reporting struggles to fill at least one digital skills vacancy over the past 12 months. As the UK needs over 745,000 additional professionals with digital skills to cope with increasing demand between 2013 and 2017, businesses are set to find it even harder to source appropriately skilled workers.
