IntelliChief, LLC, a provider of enterprise-class automated document management and workflow enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, has announced the launch of IntelliChief System Health Check Service, formalised to thoroughly examine each user's system and business processes in order to make recommendations that will help ensure IntelliChief is running at peak efficiency.
The Health Check Service is an active assessment of user's IntelliChief Environment and how it is being used by their staff, in order to identify areas of improvement to maximise the value of IntelliChief within the company.
The goal is to foster continued optimization of the configured document management and process workflow system, while assisting users to utilise all functionality beneficial to achieve their departmental and interdepartmental objectives.
IntelliChief ECM provides a smooth transition from costly manual document management and workflow functions. It enables users to capture documentation in any format, index contents and validate with data in their enterprise resource planning system (ERP) or line of business application, for lifecycle-managing all related documentation, and facilitating an optimised interdepartmental processes workflow.
