m-hance delivers new cloud solution for Ireland’s FIT Initiative

FIT, an industry-led not-for-profit that helps those at risk of unemployment learn valuable IT skills, recently selected m-hance, a leading Microsoft Dynamics Gold partner, to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM in order to streamline its processes.

As a result of m-hance's experience working with not-for-profit organisations, including Amnesty International and Concern Worldwide, and through the direct recommendation of Microsoft, FIT turned to m-hance when it decided to upgrade its dated legacy system.

Founded in 1999, FIT has expanded substantially over the years, with around 16,000 people completing its skills development programmes and over 13,000 progressing into employment. As a result of this growth, FIT needed a solution that would not only help it better manage and support its processes, but would also provide a system that could be accessed anytime.

FIT's previous system meant that reconciling information was very difficult; nothing was automated and the process was very manual and time-consuming. In order to centralise data and make it easily accessible m-hance recommended Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Online.

To date, m-hance has helped over 140 customers by implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Deploying the software at FIT has allowed the not-for-profit to better manage its student information and the ability to report on student progress, skillset and job and internship placements. After signing the deal just after Christmas 2014, the software went live in March 2015.
