timeware (UK), developer of HR and workforce management solutions, has announced the launch of its new global channel partnership programme.

The drive for new partners is the next cumulative step in timeware's corporate development. It follows a number of recent product launches and company initiatives designed to bolster both the company's offering and operational agility.

The increase in global demand for timeware's pioneering HR and workforce management solutions and time management systems has been driven by an uptake of its products in Europe and Africa.

As such, the programme is looking to recruit channel resellers, as well as workforce management solutions providers to sell and distribute the entire timeware range. This includes the company's latest software package timeware Professional 2015, which was launched recently to provide all types of businesses with a complete workforce management solution to help tackle everyday problems such as absence in the workplace, recruitment, employee attendance, security and payroll.

As standard, timeware Professional 2015 includes 10 software modules - personnel, absence management, employee attendance, access control, cost centre analysis, fire alarm roll call, assembly point, reports, Employee Self Service (ESS) and timeware Web Client (TWC).

As part of the partnership agreement, timeware will handle any enquiries from demonstration through to installation and training, leaving the channel partner free to concentrate solely on referrals.

To support partners and ensure they are kept up to speed with the latest software and hardware developments, timeware is offering weekly training workshops either at the timeware office or at partner locations. The sessions will focus on the key selling points ensuring that the referral partners are skilled in promoting timeware's unique features as effectively as possible.

Simon Birchall, managing director at timeware, said: "2015 is an exciting year for us as we look to expand our service offering across the globe. The global channel partnership programme will form a key part of this as it is hoped to boost our end-user sales through a network of carefully selected business partners specialising in HR, attendance, access control and shop-floor data collection.

"We are hoping to hear from a number of resellers who will be able help businesses improve their workforce management and HR systems.

"At timeware, we are committed to developing and maintaining our partner relationships and as part of the scheme we will provide extensive training, free of charge, through both on-site and off-site workshops."
