Motion Computing, the global provider of rugged mobile technology solutions, has announced that reseller and systems integrator Dakota Integrated Solutions has become a UK Platinum partner on the Motion Valued Partner (MVP) programme. The recognition follows the successful growth of the partnership with Motion Computing and cements a relationship that will continue to see Dakota specify and implement Motion tablet PC solutions to healthcare organisations throughout the UK.
The MVP is a unique, authorised reseller programme designed to protect and enhance the return on investment made by Motion partners. Structured into Silver, Gold and Platinum partners, the programme features an innovative online portal that delivers external and internal marketing tools and programs to improve partner visibility and drive sales opportunities. This includes deal registration, presentations, case studies, new business material, corporate sales support, access to demonstration equipment and lead referral programmes to support sales teams and enhance customer acquisition.
Having progressed from gold status to platinum, Dakota is the latest example of the success being forged as Motion delivers these resources to partners looking to capitalise on the opportunities afforded by enterprise mobility. For Dakota this includes work with East Lancashire and Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals.
Ian Davies, country manager, Northern Europe, Motion Computing explained: "The Motion Valued Partner Programme reflects the value and importance Motion sees in partnering with dedicated, solution providers whose business goals align with ours. For our channel partners delivering excellence, MVP offers a fantastic opportunity to build a successful business around the Motion portfolio and Dakota's evolution from gold to platinum partner is a great example of this success."
Sabine Kelly, Marketing Manager, Dakota Integrated Solutions said: "We are delighted to have been awarded the Platinum Status by Motion Computing. This is a strong endorsement to our Healthcare Team and reflects its efforts in recommending and successfully deploying hundreds of C5 Mobile Clinical Assistant tablets to NHS Trusts to fulfil clinical applications at the bedside. In a drive to achieve a "paper-light NHS" and free nurses from time-consuming administrative tasks so they can free up more time to care, we are continuing to see a vast number of opportunities to deploy Motion tablets on wards."
