Citizen celebrates growth with BlueStar in 2013

BlueStar, the distributor of ADC, Mobility, Point-of-Sale, RFID, Digital Signage, and Security technology solutions, continues to grow with Citizen year over year. To quantify, Citizen sales at BlueStar are up over 55% for the year.

Vic Barczyk, Executive Vice President of Citizen Systems America, spoke recently about the successful partnership between BlueStar and Citizen, "The entire BlueStar organization has shown a top-down commitment to partnership with the Citizen channel, and they continue to help our partners grow. This fact, coupled with how well they work with our own organization, including sharing the common goal of growing business through the value-added channel, makes our relationship extremely productive for everyone involved!"

BlueStar and Citizen continue to strengthen Channel relationships and gain new Value-Added Resellers (VARs) through joint strategic marketing to key VARs and ISVs, reevaluating inventory positions, and launching the Citizen Connection Partner Program earlier this year.

Citizen leveraged this recent success by increasing its participation at VarTech 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. The additional investment yielded a larger booth and additional promotional opportunities making Citizen 's presence undeniable at the important Channel event. With record-breaking booth traffic and the ability to capture the VARs' attentions in the ADC Solutions Showcase, Citizen views VarTech 2013 as a success.
