Level Platforms and DocuWise extend managed print capabilities for IT service providers

Level Platforms, the remote monitoring and management (RMM) software provider, has announced a technology integration with DocuWise, LLC that extends managed print and device discovery capabilities built-in to Managed Workplace to allow managed service providers (MSPs) to easily expand their managed print offering , differentiate their services and drive additional revenues.

With this integration, Managed Workplace is the first RMM platform that enables MSPs to manage the entire print management ecosystem – including devices and automated supply ordering – from within a single dashboard. In just a few simple clicks, Level Platforms Partners can integrate managed print features in Managed Workplace, including proactive printer monitoring, remote control, automated delivery of manufacturer firmware updates, management of local print servers and network management, with the DocuWise PESO (Print Environment System Organiser) managed print fulfillment engine. As a result, MSPs can deliver deep remote management and diagnostics of printer fleets while broadening their offering by automating supply ordering, printer maintenance and remediation via DocuWise turn-key white label fulfilment services.
