Jarltech, the European special distributor for POS and Auto‐ID, has included the enhanced Zebra HC100 wristband printer in its portfolio. Zebra Technologies has upgraded the HC100 wristband printer to accommodate market requirements so that it now, prints twice as fast.

Printed polypropylene wristbands are a cost‐efficient and safe solution for patient identification in hospitals. At the same time, they can assist in a more controlled, more secure means of alternative ticketing  for traditional event tickets and access controls. Thanks to completely new firmware, users of the HC100 now have the ability  to print twice as fast in many applications. With the Zebra Z-Band Fun and Splash for amusement parks and events, the wristband printer achieves a print speed of 102 mm per second. For medical purposes Zebra offers the Z-Band Direct with an anti‐bacterial coating (print speed: 51 mm/sec.).

The HC100 offers long‐lasting results using a direct thermal process, and guarantees crisp results with text, barcodes, even images and graphics, thanks to its print resolution of 300 dpi. Compact and easy to use, the HC100 allows you to print individual wristbands on demand or in a sequence. Additionally, the printer is compact and easy to use. The only consumables to be replaced are the wristbands cartridges themselves. Fully developed network technology simplifies connection into existing systems. The user has a choice of optional Wi‐Fi and a 10/100 Zebra print server.

As an authorized Zebra distributor, Jarltech offers a wide range of Zebra mobile, desktop and industrial printers, as well as original Zebra wristbands, labels, colour ribbons and plastic cards – directly from stock and readily available. All resellers, such as system and software houses, benefit from the warranty, installation and marketing services offered by Jarltech.
