InsightCloud selects Webroot for joint Cloud venture

Webroot, the developer of Internet security as a service, has been chosen by Insight Enterprises, Inc. as the sole security solution available via the Insight Cloud Platform. Webroot SecureAnywhere Business – Endpoint Protection will be offered to all of InsightCloud's European customer base through the new in-house platform alongside other essential IT services such as Microsoft Office 365 and MozyPro cloud back up. With the most effective cloud-based security solution with a comprehensive feature set, Webroot was the ideal partner for the Insight Cloud offering and recently named Insight's Cloud Partner of the Year for 2012.

The security landscape has changed and traditional signature-based software can't keep up. A recent study of IT decision-makers found an overwhelming 95 per cent experienced an endpoint-based attack last year.
