Brother is assisting resellers to capitalise on strong revenue growth in the laser fax market with the introduction of two new models. The laser fax market has seen a recent renaissance, as statistics reveal that 40% of small businesses rely on fax as an essential business communications channel*. The market is worth over £6.5m**, offering resellers an opportunity to upsell to new and existing customers across a range of sectors.

Based on Brother's successful heritage and ongoing commitment to the fax category, the range consists of high-speed, mono laser fax machines, designed to support resellers who are looking to target small and medium sized businesses that need to fax documents such as receipts, invoices and contracts.

Brother's FAX-2840 and FAX-2940 machines are ideal for the fast transmission of documents, reducing phone costs for businesses that send lengthy fax documents. The machines are easy to use with clear LCD screens and have print speeds of 20 pages per minute, as well as up to 500 pages of transmission and reception.

Andy Forsyth, senior general manager, UK sales and marketing, Brother, said, "The value of the laser fax market presents a great revenue and margin opportunity for resellers. The performance of our fax machines across the channel places Brother as the number one laser fax vendor and the most demanded brand**, combined with our market intelligence, enables resellers to capitalise on this and enhance their offering for small businesses."
