Brother dealers will have the opportunity to grow their customer base and target new sectors with the launch of a new range of faster, more powerful mono laser printers and all-in-ones designed for SME and the corporate desktop market.

Brother currently has 24.5% market share of the total A4 mono laser print market.[1] Its new mono laser range will underpin its aim to further increase its mono laser market share over the next 12 months. The range consists of four printers designed to support small and medium businesses, which are looking for cost-effective, reliable printing support. In addition, two flagship printers will extend the brand's reach into the corporate desktop market, supporting busy workgroups' printing. The range will expand with all-in-one models launching for both markets later in the year.

The range marks the first time Brother has offered speeds of up to 40ppm delivering increased productivity and time savings for busy organisations, together with high paper capacity up to 1050 sheets. The machines give greater flexibility for employees working from tablets or mobile devices across Apple iOS, Android, Windows Phone 7 and Blackberry with functions including AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Cortado and WiFi direct. Wireless N connectivity and Gigabit networking also enable faster network access, increasing productivity in the office.

The range also has excellent environmental credentials, with low power consumption, eco warm up of less than 1 second, Blue Angel accreditation, super high yield toners and auto duplex.

The accompanying creative campaign, 'The Invisible Printer', focuses on the reliability, consistency and efficiency of the range effectively working hard in the background so employees can focus on their core duties. Brother dealers will have a full range of campaign literature available to them, including emails, leaflets and banners, available from mid-June.

"We're extremely proud of the very strong performance of our mono laser products across the channel. Our long-term relationships with dealers, combined with market intelligence have enabled us to develop the most effective and efficient printing solutions for customers," said Andy Forsyth, senior general manager, UK sales and marketing, Brother. "We still have the appetite to do more, and our new mono laser range will form the foundation for a dedicated focus in growing market share even further over the next 12 months. We're able to offer SMEs and the corporate desktop market increased productivity, reliability and cost-effective printing support for all employees, however they choose to access and print company information."
