BlueStar, the global distributor of ADC, Mobility, Point-of-Sale, RFID, Digital Signage, and Security technology solutions, has announced an exciting line-up of technology experts from across France scheduled to present at the upcoming Paris Technology Summit at the Disney Newport Bay Club Convention Centre on Thursday, April 5. These experts will discuss a wide array of topics, including RFID, NFC, Digital Signage, Point-of-Sale, and more.

"BlueStar is thrilled to have such a great line up technology experts scheduled for our Paris Technology Summit," said BlueStar European Marketing Manager Ricard Ferrer. "We want to emphasise the education and training aspects of these events, and attendees will be able to gain extensive actionable business intelligence from these premier professionals from across the country."

French IT expert and technology writer Pascal Boiron will open the summit presentations with a discussion on changes in the IT Business ecosystem since 1990. RFID authority Claude Ttelin of CNRFID will follow, examining the implications of state-of-the-art RFID technology across price points, performance capability, and cross-vertical applications. CITC Project Engineer Ali Benfattoum is scheduled to present a discussion on NFC technology for more mobility to wrap up the morning presentations.

Following lunch and Paris Technology Summit networking activities, Digital Signage authority Stphan Faudeux of Avance Rapide will discuss the present applications and future developments for this growing technology vertical. Finally, GS1's Cdric Houlette will close the day's presentations with a look at the current cross-polination and convergence of the AIDC and Point-of-Sale markets.

BlueStar developed the one-day Pan-European Technology Summits as part of its Vartech Educational Series to unite Value-Added Resellers, hardware vendors, software providers, and industry experts in the spirit of innovation and shared learning experiences. In addition to these extensive presentations and educational opportunities, the Tomorrow's Solutions Rooms at the Paris Technology Summit will allow Vendor sponsors to showcase their newest product lines and concepts before they hit the market, giving local VARs additional powerful insight into future technology trends.

Registration is currently open for the Paris Technology Summit on April 5 at the Disney Newport Bay Club Convention Centre, along with the Frankfurt Technology Summit at Marriott Frankfurt Messe on April 19. Additional Summits are planned across Europe throughout the summer and fall of 2012.
