Sato International Europe, the bar-coding, labelling, RFID and AIDC solutions provider, is launching a new Prestige Service Programme to ensure a common service offering is provided throughout the region.
The Prestige Service Programme will provide a uniform service offering across Europe to end-users regardless of customer size. It will also assist Business Partners who do not have their own service offering, providing an additional source of revenue generation, and helping to strengthen their customer relationships.
This will be achieved by the introduction of a comprehensive range of services which include: installation and training, on-site and return-to-base service contracts, common spare parts pricing, telephone and helpdesk support, and also customising service packages to meet specific customer requirements.
