Zebra Technologies Corporation has announced an extension to its Partners First offering with the addition of a new online training module to its partner portal and the appointment of an additional training team member.
Designed to provide extensive information on operation, troubleshooting and maintenance for Zebra products, the new Online Training Modules will provide further guidance and support for partners needing in-depth knowledge of Zebra printers.
Providing additional support to the partner programme will be Zebra's new EMEA training specialist, Sarah Arnold. Sarah will be responsible for managing the training portal, developing new content and handling training enquiries. She will also help develop new e-learning, technical and sales training modules.
"The new modules are an important part of Zebra's strategy for enabling its channel partners with the best possible marketing tools and training facilities," said Chris Gubbins, EMEA Channel Marketing Manager at Zebra. "The extra training team support and the addition to the Partner Portal highlight the importance Zebra places on its partners' roles in selling Zebra products."
Partners will have immediate access to the new dedicated resources alongside the usual Partners First programme features that allow them to view the latest classroom based and online training courses, their training history and current certifications. They are also able to participate in online training courses and take course assessment in order to help them enhance the value of Zebra's specialist printing solutions and increase customer satisfaction.
