Datamax-O'Neil Presents its portable printers at Service Management Expo 2011

Datamax-O'Neil, a global provider of label and receipt printing solutions, will present its comprehensive portfolio of portable printers at Service Management Expo 2011 (20 21 September), Stand 225 at the NEC Birmingham. Datamax-O'Neil will be represented at the event by its local UK distribution partner Maxa Technologies, which specialises in POS solutions and services, automatic identification and mobile technologies.

 
The trade fair covers a wide range of service sector appications, and is expected to attract professionals from service management, logistics, fleet management, facilities, operations and IT. Datamax-O'Neil will show its latest portable printing solutions, such as the RL4 4-inch portable label printer, the microFlash series of ultra-rugged printers and the Apex thermal
receipt printers.

Robust printers for every service environment
Among other products on show at the trade fair, Datamax-O'Neil will be focusing on the rugged RL4 4-inch label printer. This is the first printer in the world to meet the MIL-STD 810F Environmental and Engineering Tests. The RL4's compact design means it can be worn on a belt or mounted in vehicles and is therefore ideal for flexible applications in a wide range of workplace environments.
 
The microFlash printer series also meets diverse requirements. The rugged and very compact microFlash 2te, 4t and 4te portable printers increase efficiency and productivity in service environments by quickly printing receipts, proof of deliveries, labels and invoices. The Apex printer family offers a lightweight and cost-efficient solution for 2-, 3- and 4-inch portable receipt printing. With the easy-to-use drop-in paper system, users can quickly replace material rolls. The printers can be worn with a belt loop or shoulder strap, enabling a comfortable use during 8-hourshifts.
