Synergix adds further staff expertise

Synergix has announced that following the re-location to its parent company, Midwich's Headquarters in Diss, the Norfolk-based trade-only distributor has now added additional business management and sales expertise to further drive sales. Synergix will be headed up by Nick Lane, business development manager, Steve Fay, general sales manager and Jonathon Francis, business manager.

Nick lane, business development manager for Synergix brings 18 years of experience and knowledge within vendor and distribution organisations. Nick will be based externally and is keen to further built on Synergix's reputation and believes that Midwich's sales, business management and marketing support which will enable Synergix to drive the business forward.

Hannah Beaird will bring 3 years experience at Midwich to this new position, as product manager for Synergix. She will be instrumental in driving Synergix's success by maintaining and developing vendor relationships, helping to further define the business strategy, offering support for the sales team and to offer her dedicated and continual investment in the Synergix business.

Marketing support will be offered to Synergix, from Jennifer Wong, product marketing coordinator for the barcode solutions, print and imaging divisions. She brings 3 years of marketing experience to this position and is keen to work to further develop the Synergix business brand awareness. Educating current Midwich customers on the different barcode solution applications; thus expanding the Synergix customer database. She believes that organising more activities across the vertical database will showcase how the barcode products can fit into a wide range of different markets.

The new sales team will be lead by team leader, Will Thompson who has previously worked for 3 years at Synergix, and 6 years within the distribution sector. Ben Balchin and Kevyn Rowlands will join as account managers. The Synergix sales team will also offer resellers a high level of sales support with Ian Shaw joining as Zebra media specialist, Paul Rochester, will bring card sales, access, id and loyalty specialism. James Scott and Joshua Francis, offer resellers auto id and special support. Michael reader, pre and post sales technical support will offer his extensive knowledge of the products with 5 year experience working at Synergix and over 10 years technical experience. He will be available to support Synergix's reseller partners technically.
